Changes to my study programme

¡Hello my good readers! Today I' am going to talk about changes to my study programme. I study food engineer in University of Chile in Santiago.
In my area (foods) The changes are related whit the more production of food, products more tasty, products more safety and innovators products. All of this entails needs to so much investigation and some compliance with protocols because created a product is very difficult for all the thing what must be done. 



The most important changes about the food in the last time are the transgenic food, the supermassive production of meat, ecological production.
In my curriculum are some different subjects that can help me to make a change in the industry as the following subjects: some much Chemistry with their respective laboratories ( general, analytic, organic), Maths, Biology, Biochemistry and more career-specific subjects as physicochemical of food, conservation processes, process engineering (meat, dairy products, sea products, cereals).



This career it has a duration of five years and eleven semesters, we have seven subjects for a 
semester. In the faculty we have some laboratories, a little library, we don't have good places to eat, in generally the infrastructure it leaves much to be desired.

 I don't know what is the use of technology in my career yet because I don't use them for any subject yet. 
The teaching methods depend exclusive the teacher, In my faculty there are very good teachers whit teaching methods very cool and different, you can feel be realized whit their teachers and motivate yourself to learn also there are very bad teachers which do not worry if you learn I think they only go for their payment because they don't have vocation.

The best subject!

hi, today I writing about the subject I like the most in this semester. The truth is this semester is very difficult because every subject has a degree of difficult very hight, these are:  Calculus Advanced Multivariate, Organic Chemistry, Analytic Chemistry, among others. The subject I like the most Is Organic Chemistry but is very difficult for me, I need to study toomuch to understand it. In this subject, I study the composition of molecules of carbon. The teacher is very good explaining, and is committed to teaching, if you dont undestand the teacher make every for you learn. The contents of this subject are alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, aromatics, etc. Despite it is very difficult for me I like the content that the subject teaches because I need aplicated the knowledge. the like I most rigth now, is aromatics and alkenes but I need to study and understand it very well the mechanism of reactions to achieve a reaction and reach a specific one. My dream job

I've always liked to be in constant movement, to stay quiet is difficult and i always want to know my environment and beyond it, i dream or I hope to have a job that allows me to be in different places. think of being all the day in an office, it would be a premature death.  I imagine a work in the outdoor, or in a company, but always changing my position, I could be observing what others do or analyzing something specific.  I would like to travel a lot at work to specialize as much as i can, also i think that knowing other countries, their culture and their vision about things enriches you beyond the work including that i love talking with people, learning of her and in general to be in contact with people.
